I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full session fee.
Once your appointment request is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with intake paperwork to complete before your visit. For your first session, plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can review your health history and care goals together.
I also offer 5% off when paying with cash.

When you turn onto White Bear Parkway from Hwy 96, you will pass OSI Physical Therapy and then go around a curve then you will see two signs to your right, one will say “Smart Carte,” and the other will say “4455 Suite,” turn RIGHT here. Park to your left and go in door #9. Once you go in the first door, take off your shoes and enter the 2nd door to get into the waiting room of Lux Family Chiro. You can wait there and I will be with you shortly.
