Fringe Red Light Therapy

Light is more than brightness — it’s biology. As someone who loves tools that support the body’s natural ability to reset and regulate, I reach for Fringe Red Light when I want gentle, cellular-level support that feels good and real.

Fringe uses specific red and near-infrared wavelengths of light that mirror the kind of helpful light our bodies evolved with but often don’t get enough of in everyday life. Many people use red light to support things like circulation, muscle recovery, skin health, and overall cellular energy — making it a wonderful complement to nervous-system-informed care and recovery practices.

I love how simple it is to use at home — whether you’re integrating it into a recovery routine, pairing it with rest days, or using it as a thoughtful way to care for your body on a regular basis.

Intellipure® Air Purifier

This is the air purifier I personally use and love, especially throughout my mold-healing journey. It’s powerful, meets HEPA standards, and is much more affordable per square foot than many other popular options.

I noticed a dramatic improvement in puffiness and inflammation, dark under-eye circles, sinus congestion, ability to breathe easy and sleep quality the day after changing the filter — it truly makes a difference.

Cost: per square foot Intellipure is an average of nearly 3× more affordable than many similar purifiers.

Circadian Optics® Limos 2.0 Bright Light Therapy

As the days get darker, this is the light I reach for every single morning. I’ve used my Lumos since 2019, and it continues to be one of the most helpful tools for supporting energy, mood, and healthy sleep rhythms through the fall and winter months.

The Lumos is bright (10,000 lux), full-spectrum, UV-free, and designed with a unique folding arm that lets you position it easily without taking up much space. It’s backed by years of research, thoughtful design, and a 4-year EasyReplace guarantee — which is part of why I recommend it so often.

If you struggle with low light, sluggish mornings, or seasonal mood shifts, this is a simple daily ritual that can make a meaningful difference.

ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat

This was the first acupressure mat I ever bought, and I used it every day for years. It’s incredibly relaxing — perfect for winding down before bed or taking a 10–15 minute reset during the day. When I’m feeling tired, overwhelmed, or overstimulated, laying on this mat helps my body settle and leaves me feeling refreshed and ready for whatever’s next.

It works well directly on the skin, but starting with a thin shirt can help your body adjust if you’re new to acupressure. This is a fantastic beginner-friendly mat that lets you try the benefits without the price tag of the more expensive, highly marketed brands. For most people, this one is more than enough to get started.

After 6+ years, I still use an acupressure mat almost everyday.

Pranamat®

This is the acupressure mat I use now, and while it’s an investment, it’s absolutely worth it if you use it regularly. The stimulation is more intense than standard mats, so starting with a thin (or even thicker) shirt can make the transition much more comfortable. With consistent use, it offers a deeper, more therapeutic experience that helps melt stress, calm the nervous system, and support restful sleep.

If you already love acupressure mats or want something with stronger sensation and long-lasting quality, the Pranamat is a beautiful upgrade. It’s the one I reach for when I want a more powerful reset at the end of a long day.

I use mine pretty much everyday.

Every session is an opportunity to support your body in releasing stress, easing pain, and restoring balance.
