General FAQ’s

  • What is the easiest way to book?

The easiest way to book is through online scheduling. You can view real-time availability and reserve your session at your convenience. Go to “Schedule” and click “Book Now” button. If you prefer, you’re always welcome to reach out directly.

  • Are there alternative booking methods?

Yes. If online booking doesn’t work for you, you may call, text, or email to schedule. I’m happy to help you find a time that fits your needs.

  • What should I expect at my appointment?

Each session begins with a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling and your goals for that visit. Sessions are customized and may include therapeutic massage, Craniosacral Therapy, myofascial work, or integrated techniques, depending on your needs.

  • What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

I ask all clients to arrive about 5-10 minutes prior to their massage appointment and to take a seat in the waiting area until I come out to get you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client. The full session fee will apply.
