Refuge Memberships are created to support a steady rhythm of therapeutic work — allowing us to build momentum in your body, deepen progress over time, and reduce the need to start over each session.

With preferred pricing, priority booking access, and flexible rollover options, memberships make consistent care simpler and more sustainable.

Membership spots are intentionally limited to maintain personalized care and priority scheduling.

    One session per month

    Ideal for maintaining steady support and preventing setbacks.

  • RENEW

    Two sessions per month

    Designed for those actively working through deeper patterns or wanting more consistent nervous system regulation.

  • RESTORE

    Four sessions per month

    For clients in more intensive therapeutic phases or those who value a highly consistent care rhythm.

    60 min – $110
    90 min – $162
    120 min – $210

  • RENEW - 2 sessions per month

    60 min – $220
    90 min – $324
    120 min – $420

  • RESTORE - 4 sessions per month

    60 min – $440
    90 min – $648
    120 min – $840

Membership pricing is based on tier selected and length of session.

Memberships bill on the 1st of each month.

Membership Basics

Rollover

Sessions may roll over for up to 3 months.
Maximum of 2 banked sessions at a time.
Unused sessions expire after 3 months or when membership ends.

Pause

One pause per year (up to 1 month).
No sessions accrue during a pause month.

Cancellation

24-hour notice is required for all appointments.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of that session.

Memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel or change tiers.
If notice is less than 30 days, the next billing cycle will process as scheduled.

Enrollment

Membership spots are limited.
